Q1: What is the MOQ and how are rolls structured?
A: There is no strict minimum — we accept any quantity. We recommend 10 meters or more for best value. Standard rolls are 100 meters. For custom orders requiring finishing beyond standard heat-setting, MOQ is 3,000 meters. Contact us in advance to discuss your needs.

Q2: What finishing and backing options are available?
A: Standard production uses heat-setting finishing only. Additional options (brushed backing, bonded lining, TPR backing, etc.) are available for custom orders with a 3,000-meter minimum. Please contact us before ordering to confirm requirements and lead time.

Q3: Is this suitable for curtains and decorative use?
A: Yes — curtains, decorative drapery, wall panels, cushion covers, and similar decorative textiles are our primary focus. Please note we specialize in decorative fabrics; heavy-duty seating upholstery is not our core application.

Q4: Can you customize patterns, colors, and widths?
A: Yes. We support full customization including new jacquard pattern development, color combinations, width adjustments, and fiber blend changes. Share your artwork or CAD files and our design team will work with you from concept to production.

Q5: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We currently accept T/T (Bank Wire Transfer) only. If you need a different payment method, please contact us before placing your order to discuss options.
